I can't imagine that XBMC being a Chromecast receiver is entirely out of the question but based on the way that Chromecast works I doubt it. Chromecast is simply a web browser that can receive a command to load content. Based on this fact and knowing how XBMC works it might be a little far fetched to see it happen.
